Shree geeta Garbhsanskar provides a website and an application to provide an information about an ancient Indian science named as Garbhsanskar (prenatal education) to the users. The following Terms and Conditions apply to the user who surf the website or downloads mobile applications developed by Shree Geeta Garbhsanskar

Services Overview:-
The Website/mobile application is an online platform where users can gain access to audio-video content for awareness on the topic of pregnancy care & ancient Indian garbhsanskar process. The Website is prepared by a group of experienced doctors, subject experts, and teachers not by an individual. The User can register themselves online and then gain access to the video episodes & music pieces, mantra audio tracks, etc. ("Content") after paying the money for the "Content". The "Content" shall be unlocked based on the amount paid for such "Content" and based on the software programmed. The Users shall make a subscription till a defined period for the "Content" from the platform. Hard copy of the "Content" will not be provided in any condition to any User."Content" can be viewed/used by User online on mobile application only, no "Content" will be provided in a downloadable format.

Registration:-

To use the services provided on the website and make purchases, it is compulsory to create an account. A User may create an account on the Website which shall collect only your basic information. To create an account, you need to register a mobile number and create a password after receiving the One Time Password 'OTP' on that mobile number. You must keep your account and registration details current and correct for communications related to your purchases from the Website.

At the time of registration, the Partnership firm shall collect the following personally identifiable information about you: Name - including first and last name, email address, mobile phone number and other contact details, demographic profile like your age, gender, address, etc. Information collected about you is subject to the Privacy Policy of the Partnership firm, which may be read as part and parcel of these Terms of Use.

You are solely responsible for protecting the confidentiality of your Registered Mobile Number and password and any activity under the account will be deemed to have been done by you. In the event you provide us with false/inaccurate details or the Partnership firm has a reasonable ground to believe that false and inaccurate information has been furnished, we hold the right to permanently suspend your account.

Security:-

Transactions on the Website are secure and protected. Any information entered by the User when transacting on the Website is encrypted to protect the User against unintentional disclosure to third parties. The User's credit and debit card information is not received, stored by or retained by the Partnership firm/ Website in any manner. This information is supplied by the User directly to the relevant payment gateway which is authorized to handle the information provided, and is compliant with the regulations and requirements of various banks and institutions and payment franchisees that it is associated with.

The Application Provider provides the Licensed Application and the services, information, content and/or data (collectively, “Information”) contained therein for informational purposes only. Such termination will be without any liability to the Partnership firm. The Partnership firm’s right to any Comments and to be indemnified pursuant to the terms hereof, shall survive any termination of this User Agreement. Any such termination of the User Agreement shall not cancel your obligation to pay for product(s) already ordered from the Site or affect any liability that may have arisen under the User Agreement prior to the date of termination.

Invalidity :-

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part in any jurisdiction, then that provision shall be deemed ineffective in such jurisdiction but shall have no effect on the enforceability of the remaining provisions

Governing law, consent to jurisdiction and limitation on claims :-

This Agreement and your use of the Licensed Application, along with the Information contained therein, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Gujarat, India without regard to conflict of laws principles, and You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of courts in the Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. You further agree that any claims or causes of action arising out of or related to this Agreement and the Licensed Application, along with the Information contained therein, shall be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or such claim or cause of action shall be forever barred.

Legal compliance :-

You represent and warrant that (i) You are not located in a country that is subject to an Indian Government embargo, or that has been designated by the Indian Government as a “terrorist supporting” country; and (ii) You are not listed on any Indian Government list of prohibited or restricted parties

Entire agreement:-

You hereby acknowledge that this Agreement represents the entire understanding between You and the Application/Website Provider concerning your use of the Licensed Application and/or Website and the Information contained therein.

Waiver:-

The Application Provider’s failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed to be a waiver of such right or provision.

The licensed application and the information contained therein is made available by the application provider for educational purposes only and is not intended to provide medical advice. By accessing the licensed application, you understand and acknowledge that there is no doctor-patient relationship between you and the application provider. You further acknowledge your understanding that the licensed application should not be used as a substitute for competent prenatal advice from a licensed doctor in your state.

Modification:-

The Application and/or Website Provider may, in the Application/website Provider’s sole and absolute discretion, modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement in whole or in party at any time for any reason without any notice to you, whether prior or otherwise. Such modified terms and conditions shall supersede these terms and conditions and shall become binding when published on the Licensed Application and/or Website.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:-

As of now we do not provide any option for cancellation of products and/or services you have purchased or subscribed. Once a product/service has been purchased by you, we cannot provide any refund, either totally or partially.
